Upgraded Home Loan Water Test
Recommended for water testing related to a new home purchase, refinancing, or other requirement related to a mortgage (such as a VA or FHA loan). This upgraded version of Tap Score's Certified Home Loan Water Test includes all of the minimum requirements for VA, FHA, and USDA loan compliance–and add an additional 40+ contaminants for a comprehensive assessment of potential health and plumbing concerns.
This Tap Score water test package provides all required materials to properly collect and submit a sample for certified laboratory testing. Reported results will include detailed analysis of the testing parameters required by VA, FHA and USDA Minimum Property Requirements on certified laboratory letterhead with EPA ID #.
Note: If your county or loan officer requires additional sample handling or specific local lab certifications, we strongly suggest you email the SimpleLab team (hello@gosimplelab.com) to ensure we meet your needs. It is also important to note that most loan officers require that the sample be collected by someone NOT directly involved in the sale (ie. not the buyer or the seller of the property). This means that it can be collected by a home inspector, neighbor, etc.
