1. Order Processing Time
All our orders are processed and shipped out within 7 business days, usually much less. Handmade or custom items may take longer, see product description for details on these items.
After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a Track-and-Trace code with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time. Not all products will have tracking information available.
As Water Is Life Shop works in alliance with multiple creators, artists, warehouses and suppliers, most items will all ship separately. Expect to receive multiple packages.
2. Shipping Address Changes
If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email and include your new shipping address ASAP. Once the order is shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore.
3. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times
Standard free shipping costs are calculated into the price of the items.
If you would like to pay for faster delivery, PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE making your purchase, and we can determine the cost and delivery time options available. You can contact email@example.com
Be aware that any stated delivery times can become longer in case your order is placed during busier periods such as near Christmas or Thanksgiving.
4. Shipping Restrictions
Sadly, not all items are available to delivery in all countries. Some restrictions apply.

5. Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit
If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in Transit, please contact us by email. We will contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.
If your package has arrived damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
We are not responsible for any items/packages lost during transit, or which have been tracked as delivered.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 Return Due To Change of MindWater Is Life Shop will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as the request is received by us within 7 days of you receiving the item.
The item must be returned to us in the original packaging, unopened, unused, and undamaged.
The return shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Once we receive the package, the refund will be processed and you will receive the full value of the product as a refund.
