Delta Waves at 1-3Hz
Delta waves have been shown to induce relaxation and improve deep sleep. These types of waves can assist with you falling asleep faster and staying asleep for longer. This setting is best used between 1-3 hours before bed and anytime during the day if you need to relax and calm yourself.
Theta Waves (The Schumann Resonance) at 8Hz
Grounding and Earthing are becoming more popular in wellness. This is the process of walking barefoot on the Earth and allowing the Earth’s natural electromagnetic frequencies to enter the body.
The Earth’s frequencies are at 7.8Hz and is called the Schumann Resonance. If you cannot get outside to ground to the Earth, you can experience the same benefits by using this setting on your PEMF Mat.
