Instructions for use

 Method 1: Electrode Pads

1. Connect USB cable → Rephiro → Powerbank/adapter
2. Connect mini-jack to Rephiro output
3. Attach 2 electrodes to snap connectors
4. Place pads on inner wrists (or locally at desired location)*
5. Press power button → blue light flashes 4 sec
6. 5.5 min session (continuous blue) → 2 min break → repeat
7. Press power button to turn off

 Method 2: Silver Fiber Socks/Wristbands

1. Connect socks/wristbands to mini-jack
2. Pull (feet or wrists)
