Usage:

Start at a slightly greater distance first to experience the effect.

Click RED and NIR to activate the light combination and set the time (10, 15 or 20 min).

When a time is set, the lamp automatically turns off.

When no time is set the lamp remains on.

Repeat the treatment 2x a day until the desired results are achieved.
