💧 A 9-hour Water activism course ~ Tulum retreat tickets are open ~ & Good News in Water
Well friends,Guardians of the Source turned into a nine-hour transmission, and I'm still riding the current of it. Thank you to everyone who stayed through the whole arc and sent such beautiful feedback afterward. Between that and the epost-quinox energy, I'm feeling lit up this week, and there's more ahead: today I'm meeting with an underwater dance group, and later this week I'm trying my first QHHT session, which I've heard amazing things about. Have you ever tried QHHT? Hit reply and tell me what your experience was like. Plenty moved this week, and most of it moved in the right direction. Without further ado, let's dive in.
⚔️ Guardians of the Source Became a Full CourseA nine-hour Water activism course, still at the masterclass price. Guardians of the Source is priced as a masterclass. It became a nine-hour course, because it's the course I've wanted to create for years, and the history of Water as a weapon, the Blue Gold Rush, and the practice of taking her back deserved every one of those hours. I poured my whole heart and passion for Water protection into it, and cutting it short would have shortchanged the subject. Right now it's still at the masterclass price, which makes it the most economical offering in the entire academy: a full-length course in Water activism for $22. The price may rise someday to reflect the length, or I may keep it here for good so this knowledge stays accessible to everyone who wants to protect their Waters. The $22 replay is now open until October 2, extended since the class ran so much longer than planned, and $55 gets you permanent lifetime access. Get Guardians of the Source here. The companion to the course, the Guardianship 28 Day Water Workbook, is 50% off as a PDF, and it's also on Amazon in paperback.

Good News in Water 🐟 The Salmon Reclaimed 88% of the Klamath in Two SeasonsSalmon reclaimed 88% of their old river in two seasons. In the first peer-reviewed count since four large dams came down, a sonar team led by CalTrout's Damon Goodman, with the Karuk Tribe, the Klamath Tribes, and the Yurok Tribe as co-authors, counted 7,742 Chinook heading upstream in fall 2024 and 13,310 in fall 2025. In two seasons the fish recolonized 88% of their documented historical range above the four removed dams, 214 miles of river and eleven tributaries. Some reached Beatty Gap on the Sprague River, more than 360 river miles from the ocean, the farthest upstream salmon ever recorded there. (Scientific Reports) Those dams and the disease their altered flows fed cut Klamath runs by more than 90%. Generations of Tribal advocacy took them out. The river still faces low snowpack and a 2026 parasite outbreak among juveniles, and the monitoring now leans on private money as federal funding falters. Support it here. Help more rivers get this chance. In the US, American Rivers works on dam removals nationwide and shows you how to find obsolete dams near you. In Europe, Dam Removal Europe takes volunteers and maps barriers with its free AMBER Barrier Tracker app.
📖 On the Blog: How Long Does Structured Water Stay Structured?Your structured Water stays alive until something breaks her structure. As Gina Bria of the Hydration Foundation puts it, "Structured water stays structured until something destructures it." The new post covers what builds that order (sunlight, vortexing, balanced minerals, blessing) and what breaks it: chlorine, long straight pipes, plastic, man-made EMF, microwaves, and Water left sitting in the dark. Stovetop heat is fine for your tea. Drink it fresh from the vortex and store the rest in glass or copper, away from the router. And if you're interested in understanding structured water more in depth, my friend Juan, creator of the Biovortexer, made this gorgeous video to explain the concept... Enjoy it, and share with anyone you know who may still be skeptical about crystalline water and it's amazing properties. I also made a new post on deuterium-depleted Water, so if you've been curious why the type of hydrogen actually matters in your water, Read my Litewater deep dive or the new post on structured Water for the garden.
🏜️ Dry Arroyos Ran Again as Washington Shrinks Which Streams CountDry arroyos ran again, and Washington wants streams like them unprotected. At Water Stories' eight-day Water Cycle Restoration Intensive in New Mexico this month, students spent their days building check dams and terraces. Then gentle rains came, and arroyos dry for two years began to run, filling the check dams the students had finished days before. Slow it, spread it, sink it, and the land drinks again. But the EPA and Army Corps' September 9 supplemental proposal offers to define a protected "relatively permanent" Water as a perennial one, flowing every day of the year, with one ordinary dry spell of up to 30 days allowed. Wetlands would need perennial surface Water in continuous connection to count. Arroyos like these already sit outside federal protection, and this option would push seasonal streams out after them, too. In fact, now that many rivers and wetlands in the US are drying at such a rapid rate, they often only fully flow a few times per year, which would leave those vulnerable to being cut as well. (Federal Register) Comments close October 9. Tell them here to protect WOTUS (Waters of The United States)
🫧 Your Lymph Has No Pump. It Moves When You Do.Your lymph has no pump. It moves when you do. Your heart pushes your blood. Your lymph, the river that carries waste out of your tissues, rides on your breath and your movement. Sit still all day and that inner river pools. Kelly Kennedy, the Lymph Queen, came on the podcast to explain why your body is a Water aquarium tended through flow: Beyond Germ Theory. Her 21-Day Lymphatic System Breakthrough is open now: twenty minutes a day of breath, gentle movement, lymph activation, and fascia release, starting October 16. Launch pricing is $847 through October 1, and her free webinar, "From Stagnation to Flow," is Monday, September 28 at 3:30pm ET.
⚖️ Colombia's River Got Rights Ten Years Ago. Mercury Still Flows in Her.Colombia's river got rights ten years ago. Mercury still flows. In 2016, Colombia's Constitutional Court declared the Atrato River a subject of rights in Decision T-622, the first national high court anywhere to recognize a river that way. A decade on, illegal gold mining still loads the Atrato with mercury, armed groups still hold parts of the basin, and riverside communities still live with the damage. (Earth Law Center) The ruling named guardians for the river. Colombia owes them funding, protection, and a hearing. Earth Law Center's Grant Wilson and Florencia Pérez host a free briefing, "Ecological Law Innovations," on Green Amendments, river daylighting, legal guardianship, and Tribal leadership in Rights of Nature, Tuesday, October 13 at 11:30am EDT.
🌿 The Nile Wetland Deposit Is Paid! 🎉The Nile wetland deposit is paid. Thirteen acres held. You helped do this! The Uganda Buddhist Centre made its $875,000 deposit on 13 acres of wetland on Lake Nalubaale, Lake Victoria, the source of the Nile, advancing $29,000 from its own budget to close the gap. The seller extended the balance: $1 million more by December 15. Until then, the Centre's schoolchildren are using the land as a playground. (Lion's Roar) Giving has moved to a fee-free Chuffed page.

🌿 In ClosingHealthy Water is always moving, even when she looks still.
The salmon waited a century for the concrete to move, and two seasons later they were 360 river miles from the sea. A desert arroyo ran the moment the land was shaped to hold the rain. A river's rights sit on paper until someone carries them into the basin. The structure in your glass lasts as long as you keep her fresh and moving, and the lymph in your body flows the minute you do.
This weekend, vortex your morning glass and drink it straight away. Then take your body to moving Water, a creek, a shoreline, a river path, and walk beside her for twenty minutes, breathing deep enough to feel your belly rise.
